Lucky Duck
For the longest time I complained about my finals. I have to stay the entire week; there won't be any leaving early or leaving then coming back. My finals are evenly spaced throughout the week and I have one on the last possible day. But I will admit that I am lucky because I only have to take three finals and they're evenly spaced, so I'll time to study. But I was upset about having to stay until the 18th.
I realized earler today that it was the best thing that could happen (except that my hardest exam is the last day - more time to study, more time to stress and worry). My roommate is leaving on Monday, so I'll have a week and a half all to myself. I'll get the privacy and solitude without having to be at home without the usual family drama. I totally lucked out!
